Terms of Use

These terms apply to wtw, a fashion and social photo app operated by MP Labs Ltd. Contact support@wtw.fashion for help, reports or complaints. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Agreement to these terms is separate from explicit likeness, group-photo or brand-demo consent.

Eligibility and beta access

You must be at least 18 years old. The initial beta is invitation-only and intended for UK users. Give accurate account and eligibility information and protect access to your account. An Apple or Google login does not by itself provide a beta invitation. Do not share or sell access or impersonate another person.

The service is in development. Features, event schedules and availability may change, and generation may fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result. We will act reasonably when making changes and give notice of material changes where practicable.

How wtw works

wtw lets you choose outfits made from real product listings and use your approved likeness in AI-generated photos at imaginary events. Event attendance, outfit locking, photo publication, hearts and results follow the rules shown in the app. London time applies to the initial daily events. Generated events do not represent physical bookings, travel or real-world attendance.

Photos are AI-generated. They are not evidence that someone attended an event, wore or endorsed a product, or interacted with another participant in real life. Do not remove the AI disclosure when sharing through wtw or present a generated photo as documentary evidence.

Your photographs and consent

Only upload reference photos of yourself that you are entitled to use. Do not upload another person’s face, a child’s likeness, or intimate images. Group photos can use only participating accounts whose applicable permissions and event consent allow it.

You keep any rights you have in your submitted content. You give MP Labs Ltd the limited permission needed to store, process and transform that content to provide the features you choose and display or share results to the audiences you authorise. This does not grant an unrestricted advertising licence. Use of your likeness in private brand demonstrations requires a separate opt-in.

You can withdraw likeness permission or request deletion using the privacy controls or by contacting us. This ends future authorised use and starts the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Copies independently exported by others may remain outside our control. AI outputs may not attract exclusive intellectual-property rights, and similar outputs can be produced for other people.

Respect other people

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, sexually exploit or deceive others; share illegal content or private information without authority; infringe intellectual-property rights; manipulate votes; automate abuse; bypass access controls; or interfere with the service. Do not use generated images for fraudulent endorsements, identity verification or harassment.

Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls, or contact support@wtw.fashion with enough information to identify the issue. We may restrict content or access to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. We will explain our decision where appropriate and where doing so does not compromise an investigation or someone’s safety. You can ask us to review a decision by emailing support.

Real products, prices and purchases

Generated clothing can differ from the actual product in fit, colour, texture, construction or detail. Always inspect the real product images, description, sizing, current price and stock on the retailer’s website before buying. An AI photo is not a fitting service or guarantee.

Purchases through retailer links are made with the retailer, whose terms, delivery, returns and privacy practices apply. MP Labs Ltd is not the seller unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise. Where links earn commission or an event is sponsored, we will identify that relationship. A saved item, click or displayed promotion does not confirm a purchase, reserve stock or guarantee a discount.

Charges and changes

Creating a beta account does not authorise a subscription charge. If we introduce paid features, credits or subscriptions, the price, renewal terms and any applicable cancellation rights will be shown before you agree to pay. External retailer purchases are separate.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Use the service for personal, lawful purposes. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for a retailer’s contract with you or for content independently copied and used by another person, except where the law makes us responsible. Tell us promptly about an account-security problem or content issue so we can investigate.

Ending your account and resolving disputes

You may stop using wtw at any time and request account deletion through the app or support. Ending your account does not cancel a separate retailer order. Provisions that need to continue to deal with existing rights, complaints or legal obligations remain applicable.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not take away mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law, including where you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Please contact support first if something goes wrong; this does not limit your legal remedies.

We will publish updates here and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or replace a separate consent requirement.
